Taste of Brews Inland Empire

Do you need an excuse to get out of your apartment home this weekend? We have the perfect one for you! This Saturday, April 18, for the fourth year, the Taste of Brews beer festival returns to Corona! The event will be held from noon to 5 PM at Crossroads Riverview Park in Corona/Eastvale. The Taste of Brews offers two different tasting sessions from more than 3-dozen breweries, snacks and water, and live entertainment.

If you choose to attend the festival, you can purchase a ticket for either a four hour (noon to 4 PM) or three hour (1 PM to 4 PM) tasting. It's less expensive to purchase your tickets in advance through their Eventbrite page. Discounts are also available for larger groups. You ticket gives you access to the tasting, music festival and onsite gourmet food trucks. You can even purchase a designated driver for the event for $20 if you're worried about finding a friend to give you a ride. The event venue is about 20 minutes away from Montecito at Dos Lagos apartment homes. Parking for the event is $5. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Loyal Order of Reenactment Enthusiasts (LORE) and other Inland Empire charities. Of course, this is a 21 and over event.

Inland Empire breweries participating in the event include: Packinghouse, Inland Empire Brewing, and Sons of Liberty; other participants include Sam Adams and Angry Orchard. For a full list of participating brewers, click here. Participating food trucks include Bacon Mania, Big Wave, Devilicious and Sol Agave. You're bound to work up an appetite!

Sounds like a wonderful way to welcome spring to Corona, right? Gather your friends and your designated driver, and head to the Taste of Brews this Saturday! You may just find a new favorite brew! Cheers!
